Such a nice little get-away! Thanks to my family again for coming and spending times with us. Bryn and I got to stay 5 days longer in San Diego with my good friend Chanel. We had a GREAT time and even went to Disneyland :) Bryn loved every minute of it. We already miss Chanel and Brooklyn so much!

Coronado Island

Dan and I were dying to go on a "real" vacation. (Not that going to visit our families isn't the best and all, but... you know.) So we called up my parents and asked if they would be interested in watching Bryn Lee, or even better, come with us! We were so happy they chose the latter. We were even lucky enough to have my Grandma Payne and two of my brothers come too. It was so fun! We spent the first 2 days on Coronado Island and visiting San Diego, then we headed off on a cruise to Ensenada Mexico. (Pictures coming shortly)

Our entertainment for the evening was to see who could sink the deepest the fastest by running in place. It was all fun and games until we realized that we were stuck!

The boys were crazy and actually went swimming in the 54 degree water. I'm sure the locals thought we were insane. Too fun!

Bryn Lee loved having her Great Grandma and Grandparents with us. Everyone was so helpful with the babe. We were so lucky to be able to spend time with everyone, as well as getting some time to ourselves. Thanks for everything Mom and Dad!

Christmas 2009

I feel bad that it's been over a month since Christmas and this is the first I've spoken of it. We had such a wonderful Christmas and were able to spend a lot of time with our families. It was so nice.
Bryn loved Christmas and all of the commotion. She didn't last too long before a much needed nap.

We had such a fun party to celebrate Bryn Lee turning 1. Thanks to the Payne's for letting us use their house to party.

She was obviously super surprised about the festivities.

We decorated butterfly sugar cookies, played elefun, ate cake and pizza, as well as some adorable butterfly chocolate pretzels.

My mom and sister were awesome with helping decorate for the party.

I hope Bryn Lee liked the party, cause I just don't think I'll have the energy to do another big party till she is 5. We love you Bryn Lee girl. Thanks for being our little Angel and brightening our lives.

What shall I do...

So I haven't posted forever. Total slacker. You know how I wrote that I was going private? Well, I've been trying to get things in order to do so and it is such a hassle. Plus I just hate when I find a friend that I want to catch up with and I can't even leave a comment. Why doesn't blogspot get with it and have a space that you can ask to be their friend or something like on facebook... SOOO, would the creepy people who google search us please stop. Then I can just leave it be and keep in touch with my friends. I still have your email addresses in case I decided to just take the plunge and do it once and for all. Thanks!
