Bryn's 2!!!

Our adorable little fireball turned 2 in December!!! She has been such a joy in our lives. I've never met a kid so full of personality and who's so dang stubborn. She has been so much fun to raise. We love you Bryn Lee :)
She got to go see Santa at one of her favorite places- Cabela's! She was a little nervous till I told her that he would give her some candy, then she was all in!

Blowing out her 2 tea light candles. (The only candles her awesome mom could find...)

And then of course we had to hit Chucky Cheese with some friends to make her day a complete success.

I'm so grateful to have you in our family Bryn. You light up my world.

Bryn and Brea's practice birthday

My parents were so nice and wanted to be sure to celebrate the girls birthday while we were in town for Thanksgiving. Brea is my adorable niece who shares the same birthday as Bryn Lee. What better way to party than to go to Chucky Cheese? It was such a hit with Bryn, she wanted to go on her real birthday up here. (I will get around to blogging about her birthday soon! I can't believe my little fire cracker is 2!!!)

I obviously struggled to get a good picture of these two together! Oh well. They really were happy, I promise...

Papa Dean and the cutest little baby around- Kaylin.

I love my sister! Why can't we live closer together?!

Bryn LOVED her presents. She is always wanting to dress up. I take a princess with me to the store almost every day...

Thanks mom and dad!!! You made Bryn Lee's birthday so much more special for her.

Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving weekend was full of craziness this year. First of all, we got stuck in Burley for a night on our way down to Utah cause the road was closed. Lucky for us our friends the Weights were in the same boat as us and we were able to make a little vacation out of it! We all crammed into one hotel room for the night- party!!!

We spent Thanksgiving at the Payne's this year. It was so nice to be with family. Although we were sad that we missed the Beardall's, they were in Georgia visiting Dan's sister. I was scared with the bad weather we would get stuck in Idaho and I would have to attempt cooking a Thanksgiving meal for the first time. Lucky for Dan and Bryn we got to enjoy my Mom's fabulous cooking instead!

The big clan getting ready to dig in...

We've got such a fun family- I love that our extended family still makes time to get together!

My mom's cute parents :)

The relaxed parents of one child... I don't think we know what is going to hit us pretty soon here. I guess I don't have any pictures to show my baby bump. My growing face is enough proof right?

The drive back to Idaho was even worse! We had to go up through Pocatello because the road at the state line was closed again. What an adventure. It was totally worth it to spend the holiday with family!

I'm behind...

So I know it's kind of ridiculous that I am just now posting my Halloween pictures. But what can I say, I've been a little busy. We just got settled into our new house, which was such a chore! Holy moly, I will never move pregnant again! Well, at least not 8 1/2 months pregnant. It was seriously not fun- but I am loving being in the new place now. We've just finished putting up our Christmas! It's really starting to feel like home.

We'll have to see if I can post Thanksgiving, the new house, and Christmas before the baby comes. Wish me luck!

Halloween in Utah

First of all, we were so lucky to be there to welcome my sisters new little angel to the world! Bryn Lee can't stop talking about baby Kaylin! She is simply perfect. We're so excited to have her in our family.
We were so happy to spend some time with this guy! My parents were on a trip in Israel and we got to come and hang out with Tanner for a week.

Bryn spent a lot of time dirtying all of my mothers doors, windows and mirrors...

We got to go see Dan's grandpa on his 83 birthday! It was so nice to visit with him and Judy, it had been over a year since the last time we saw them.

Dan spent most of his time staring out the window looking for these... Man, we miss Alpine. You forget how beautiful this place is.

Brea and Bryn had such a great time together. We are all girl around here!

Tinkerbell and Napoleon Dynamite all ready for a crazy Halloween night. She's not a big fan of the scary skeleton decoration just outside the frame of this picture...

We also got to hang out with my brother Taylor. Boy does this kid have some pumpkin carving skills!

I love spending time with our families. It's getting harder to not live close to everyone! Luckily we have Skype and its really not that far of a drive.

Fall

Fall came and went in a big blur this year. We loved going out to all of the cornfields and Bryn could not get enough of her Tinkerbell costume. It was pretty cute to have a kid that is starting to get excited about all of the holidays- makes life a little more enjoyable for us :) I swear I am not avoiding the camera... well maybe. But if you had these two adorable ones to capture pretty sure you'd be the one always behind the camera too!

Last glance at Summer 2010

Here is a quick look at what our awesome summer was like(since I've completely neglected to post anything during the summer). The pictures are in a completely random order...

Bryn thought she would go for the collagen injected lips look. We sure know how to play hard at the park! At least there is still a smile on that cute face.
See, Dan does know how to enjoy wildlife that is still alive...

We ate WAY too many treats.

Bryn Lee managed to master wearing heels.
Doesn't she look so happy be be bathed in the sink? She thinks she is a big girl or something.

We had such a great time at our Rowley family reunion this year! Check out this huge, beautiful family- and we are still missing quite a few members in this picture.

Dan taught Bryn how to roast a mean marshmallow.

We found out that a 4 wheeler ride is a great way to put a child to sleep.

We spent tons of time with our friends the Weight's. I've never been fishing so much in my life. Luckily Dan got me this sweet raft to make it a lot more fun for the rest of us!

Lots of swimming in our backyard shark pool.
More fishing...

Bear world is such a great place to take kids! Bryn was in love with this cute little deer.

Check out these albino elk! They also have moose, tons of bears, pigs, goats, fish, and chickens. It's a fun little petting zoo.

We had to hit Hogle Zoo when we went to Utah to visit our family for the 4th of July. I don't think I'd been since I was in Elementary School.

We also tried to fit in a nap whenever we could!

I loved this summer. We tried to do something different every weekend. But I am so ready for the change of seasons! Bring on the Halloween candy :)
